Documentum has the following functioning sectors:

  1. Client-WebTop or Desktop client – The client can be a web based client (WebTop client) or can be a desktop client.
  2. Content repository – The content repository contains the actual files. It stores data either as File system or External storage
  3. Database – The database contains the address about where the files are actually Stored (metadata).
  4. Web development kit (WDK) – The WDK contains a set of API’s which help to retrieve the relevant data.

How to install EXE:

  1. Download EXE file to your PC (not to PDA/Phone!).
  2. Make sure that Microsoft ActiveSync is installed on the PC. (Windows  Vista users: make sure that Microsoft Windows Mobile Device Center is installed)
  3. Connect PDA/Phone via cable to your PC.
  4. Run the downloaded EXE file on the PC to start installation.

How to install CAB files:

  1. Copy CAB file to your PDA/Phone.
  2. Click on the CAB file on your device to install the program.

How to install ZIP files:

  1. Download ZIP file to your PC and extract content.
  2. You will get EXE or CAB file. Follow the above instructions.

How to Open CBR or CBZ file on Windows?

What are CBR and CBZ files?

.CBR and .CBZ. are the types of archive file developed for the purpose of sequential viewing of images, primarily comic books. These Archive files contains a series of image files, primarily in PNG or JPEG format and are compressed using one of methods as mentioned below.

File Extension

File Compression Method
* .cbr RAR
* .cbz ZIP
* .cb7 7-Zip
* .cbt TAR
* .cba ACE

The file names inside an archive are numbered sequentially in ascending order according to the original page number. You can extract image files from *.cbz with any ZIP tool and from *.cbr with any RAR tool. Just change the file extension from *.cbz to *.zip and from *.cbr to *.rar to do so.
